Bioinformatics Students

We are seeking motivated students at both undergraduate and graduate levels to join our bioinformatics research team. The positions involve analyzing genomic sequencing data and developing computational tools.

Requirements

• Programming experience in R and/or Python
• For undergraduates: 3rd year or higher
• For graduates: MSc or PhD students

Preferred

• Coursework or research in bioinformatics
• Familiarity with cluster computing and workflow systems (Nextflow, snakemake)

Responsibilities

• Analysis of genomic sequencing data
• Development and implementation of computational pipelines
• Collaboration with wet-lab researchers
